By commissioning me, you (the Client) agree to all the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before placing an order.Payment & Pricing
Currency & Platform: All prices are listed in Euros (€). I accept payment exclusively via PayPal Invoice to ensure buyer/seller protection and compliance with platform guidelines. Payment must be made in full before any work begins.Payment Structure:-100% Upfront: Required for all standard commissions. No work will commence until payment is received.
-50/50 Split (Available): For large projects exceeding [€X amount / Example: €150], a 50/50 payment plan is available.
50% Deposit: Paid upfront before any work starts.
50% Final: Paid upon completion of the artwork, before the final unwatermarked file is delivered.Changing Prices: The final price is quoted based on the initial description. If you request significant changes or additions during the process that increase the complexity, I reserve the right to adjust the final price accordingly.Refund PolicyRefunds are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for both parties.-Full Refund: Available if the project has not been started (no sketches or work done).-Partial Refund: If I have started the project (e.g., initial sketches or layout), you are entitled to a partial refund of 50% of the total price.-No Refund: Once the final artwork has been delivered in high resolution, no refunds will be issued. This also applies if you fail to communicate or provide feedback for more than 30 days, resulting in project delays.-Cancellation by Artist: If I am unable to complete the piece due to unforeseen circumstances, I will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.Rights and Usage
-Artist Rights (Copyright): I retain all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the final artwork. This includes the right to use the work for portfolio display, self-promotion, or social media posts (with credit to you as the character owner). I also retain the right to refuse service to anyone.-Client Rights (License): Upon completion and full payment, you (the Client) are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for:-Personal Use: Displaying on social media, printing for personal enjoyment, or using as a profile picture/icon.-Credit: When sharing the work publicly, you must credit me by tagging my handle or linking back to my profile.Commercial Use: If the artwork is intended for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, branding, advertising, monetized videos, etc.), a Commercial Fee of +100% will be applied to the base price. This must be discussed and agreed upon before the commission begins.Prohibited Actions: You may not claim the art as your own, use the work for AI training or NFTs, or alter the artwork significantly without my explicit permission.4. The Commission Process
Consultation: We will discuss the details of your request (subject, mood, complexity, commercial status).Quote & Payment: I will provide a final quote. You must accept the quote and send the deposit/payment before I begin working.Sketch Phase: I will send you a heavily watermarked initial sketch for your review.Revisions: Up to 2 major revisions are included in the base price. Additional changes or major direction shifts may incur extra charges.Lineart & Color: Once the sketch is approved, I will proceed to the final rendering. Major compositional changes are not allowed at this stage.Final Review: I will send a low-resolution watermarked version for final approval.Delivery: Once the final balance is paid (if using the 50/50 plan), I will send the high-resolution, unwatermarked final files via email or Google Drive.Timeline: Completion typically takes 2 weeks. For larger projects, I will provide a specific estimate. Rush fees may apply for deadlines under 7 days.Record Keeping: To ensure clarity and protection for both of us, all formal communication regarding the commission process must remain in writing (via Email/Discord). Voice calls will not be used as a basis for dispute resolution unless recorded. By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
