Commission Terms of Service
Payment Method:I only accept payment through PayPal via invoice.All prices are in Euros (€).General Terms
Prices may increase depending on the complexity of the artwork. If you're requesting something highly detailed or design-heavy, please send me a DM to discuss any additional charges.A commercial fee will apply if the artwork is intended for commercial use (e.g., merchandise, branding, etc.). This fee is double the base price of the commissioned piece.I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel uncomfortable with the request or if the client is being disrespectful.Payment is required after the initial sketch is completed and delivered. The sketch will be heavily watermarked until payment is received.For larger projects, I offer a 50/50 split option:50% upfront after the sketch is approved50% upon completion, before the final piece is deliveredCommissions typically take no more than 2 weeks, depending on complexity. For larger projects, I will provide an estimated delivery time in advance.If you need the artwork completed by a specific deadline, an additional fee may be charged for rush orders or prioritizing your commission.Usage & Credits
You may post the commissioned artwork on social media, but you may not claim it as your own.Credit is appreciated when sharing the work online (tagging me or linking back).Commission Process

We’ll start by discussing your commission details—what you're looking for, any extra elements, and whether the piece will be for personal or commercial use.Payment & Timeline:
Once all the details are confirmed and payment is made, I’ll provide an estimated delivery time.Sketch Phase:
I’ll send you a base concept sketch. At this stage, you can request any changes, additions, or corrections.Lineart & Base Colors:
After you approve the sketch, I’ll begin the lineart and base coloring. I’ll send you another update after the flat colors are applied, so you can confirm everything is accurate.Final Delivery:
Once the piece is completed, I’ll send you the final version. If I accidentally missed any previously discussed details, please let me know—I'm happy to fix it!Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once payment is made.The only exception is if I’m unable to complete your piece—in which case, I will notify you and issue a refund.
